The sleeve
Kraft pulp, debossed wordmark in Bricolage. No surface print, no varnish. Opens from either end.
85 mm round-square. 9 mm tall. Matte ink ceramic. A single LED that lights once on a successful tap, then dark. No screen, no buttons, no logo larger than the engraved wordmark.
The tile has one job. It accepts taps. The single LED behind the ring confirms each one in Sage for ~400 ms, then dark again. It doesn’t blink, glow, beep, or seek attention.
The wordmark is engraved 4 mm deep into the front face. The USB-C port is on the back edge — flush, never visible from the front. No screws on the top face. The tile sits exactly where you put it.
Materials are paper-pulp moulded, soy-inked, home-recyclable end-to-end. The only plastic is in the USB-C cable.

Cradled in a single fold of paper pulp. Face-up, ring visible. The first thing you see when you open.
A6 paper card. Three steps, QR code to pair with the dashboard. Same fonts as the product — it reads as one thing.
1.2 m, braided cotton sleeve in ink. Long enough to reach under the counter to a power outlet.
We don’t expect you to replace the tile next year. The hardware is built to last; updates ship over WiFi.
If it fails — ours or yours — we replace it. The tile is replaceable in 60 seconds; your data is in the cloud.
Quiet, signed firmware updates. No reboots, no “please wait”, no surprises at the till.
The ceramic body and the aluminium back are recyclable end of life. We’ll take it back if you don’t want to.
We replace the thermal printer, not the till. Pick yours for the setup guide.
Order the tile, pair it with your POS, and start handing out digital receipts the same week. We ship anywhere in the UAE — free on the first one.
