Shopify POS handles the till; Reciptap handles the receipt. The tile shows up as a network printer in Shopify POS settings, prints digital instead of thermal, and adds a customer-record layer Shopify doesn’t natively offer at retail.

You don’t need a technician. The tile shows up in Shopify POS as a printer; you add it the same way you’d add a thermal printer — just no paper roll.
Pair to your WiFi.
QR on the setup card. Enter the network. Done in 20 seconds.
Add as a network printer in Shopify POS.
Settings → Hardware → Printers → Connect → choose Reciptap. The tile broadcasts on Bonjour and shows up by name.
Set as default for the location.
Toggle “Print receipts” on. Process a test sale, tap the tile, confirm the receipt opens on the customer phone.

- Receipt customisation in Shopify POS settings is preserved — we render what Shopify emits.
